The purpose of the BARUCH ARCHERY CLUB is to perpetuate, foster and direct the sport of archery. We want to make this popular, but unfortunately not easily accessible, sport available to the Baruch community.
The Baruch Archery Club is dedicated to practicing the sport of archery right here in Baruch College. We offer equipment and coaching free of charge to all Baruch students. No experience is necessary to join, in fact, most of our members never held a bow before entering the club. We participate in local (Big Apple FITA, NYS Indoor Championship, Empire State Trials/Games) and will hopefully return to participating in some more far distance ones (which we in recently have not been able to make). In addition, the club hosts its own tournament and fun shoots. Tournaments such as the Baruch Open to further prepare our members for indoor competitions and fun shoots such as the Halloween Fun shoot, Valentine’s Shoot which are just for fun and depending on some luck. We will also participate in Baruch College events such as the Relay For Life and the Spring Fling.
